Developments in technology are providing consumers with a multitude of choices as to how, when and where they access radio services. When these new services include sound recordings, a Re:Sound license is required. Many radio services now broadcast online, whether as a webcasting (online-only) service, or a simulcast of a AM/FM broadcast.

Proposed Re:Sound Tariffs

Re:Sound has proposed a tariff for non-interactive online webcasting and simulcasting services.
